Support Staff in Group Homes, Supported Living and Day Services can earn up to (3) 1% increases each year through ADEC’s Workforce Stabilization Initiative. New Employees earn $1,000 their first year of employment with ADEC’s Retention Bonus, that pays $200 at 90 days, $300 at 6 months, and $500 at one year. Employees who have been employed for one year are eligible for an annual merit increase based on performance and ADEC financial standings. All employees can earn $650 in referral incentives for recommending a new employee who is employed for one year. All ADEC employees are also eligible for up to $1,000 in bonuses for supporting ADEC’s compliance with the Center for Medicaid Services COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for healthcare workers. ADEC even helps you earn for your future through our 403B Retirement Plan, that includes a maximum of 6% retirement plan contribution match. ADEC observes eight paid holidays and offers sick and vacation time, based on length of employment to offer employees a work life balance.
