Decisive and enthusiastic leader to provide a range of administrative duties consisting of comprehensive top-level office and information management support. Direct Support Professionals, DSPs, fulfill ADEC’s mission of helping individuals served live lives full of choice, possibility and respect on a daily basis. DSPs have the privilege to positively impact the lives of others by assisting with daily living, helping individuals reach goals, and involving them in the community. As a DSP at ADEC, you work in a home setting developing relationships with individuals served to help them grow and achieve their dreams such as running in the Chicago Marathon, attending a Notre Dame football game, or becoming an artist, all dreams ADEC DSPs made possible. Positions start at $10.25 for Day Services and $10.75/hour for Residential, retention bonus totaling $600 in the first year, annual increases, and performance incentives available.
