ADEC is looking for a Chief Programming Officer, CPO, to lead and oversee our programming, including Residential, Day Program, Community Employment, Family Services and Nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring ADEC’s core values of Respect and Dignity for all, Excellent Service, Dedicated Teamwork, Faithful Stewardship and Rising to the Challenge are modeled on a daily basis. Must have strong leadership skills including previous experience leading programs, innovative problem solving, and strong commitment to the mission of helping individuals life fulfilled lives in their communities.
ADEC’s Group Home Manager coordinates the day-to-day activities of a group home, providing supervision of all assigned staff to provide daily assistance to group home residents. Manage the physical environment and regular house routines, train and support the team, and provide direct care to the residents. Starting pay is $20-23 hourly.
ADEC’s Afterschool Team Lead is responsible for planning activities that will help children further develop mobility, social and interpersonal skills, academic skills, motor and perceptual skills, and communication skills. Provide personal and medical care to children attending the Afterschool program. Monday – Friday 2pm-6pm. Starting pay $16.50 hourly.
ADEC’s Maintenance team has an opening. Assist with residential and building maintenance to include painting, plumbing, flooring and drywall repairs, appliance repairs, and light electrical. Full time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Starting pay $20-22 hourly.
ADEC is seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant to assist ADEC clients in securing meaningful employment within the community! Starting pay is $17.50. There is also an opportunity for a Skills Trainer to help clients explore career options and gain job skills. Starting pay $16.00.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fulfill ADEC’s mission and model ADEC’s core values directly as they perform their daily work. Positions available in both Elkhart and St Joseph counties for 2nd and 3rd shift. New starting pay of $16 – $17, with an increase of up to $1.00 by the first year. Power Weekends start at $18. ADEC also has direct care positions available on the 1st shift in our Day Program, Mon – Fri 7:30am – 3pm.
