Day Services
In order to foster independence and develop a fulfilling and secure day-to-day life, we provide a comfortable, community-based and facility-based setting, Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, with many possible activities to choose from.
Community Employment
In cooperation with vocational rehabilitation and local businesses, ADEC supports individuals in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties, providing job matching, coaching, and support at no cost to employers.
Guardianship
This program currently serves more than 60 adults and for more than 30 years, has helped with personal decisions, advocating, and protection.
Residential Services
ADEC offers both a group living option and a supported living program that offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities an opportunity to hold independence in their daily lives.
Child and Family Services
ADEC is proud to provide one of the only full-summer camps in the Michiana area that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also offer Behavior Management, Recreational Therapies, and Music Therapies.
Transportation
We offer round-trip transportation for the individuals we serve at multiple locations: ADEC’s day services located in Bristol, Goshen, Elkhart, Middlebury, and South Bend, as well as Skills Training at The Hub.

We help people understand that we want to be treated with respect. It is a way for our voices to be heard.
