ADEC is excited to announce another wage incentive that is a direct result from employee feedback. Many of our employees who completed the 2016 Employee Climate Survey stated they would like to receive increases based on your performance. We heard our staff and are responding.
All employees who have been employed before January 1, 2017, will be eligible for merit increases to be given in July/August of 2017, upon completion of ADEC’s fiscal year. Employees hired on or after January 1, 2017 will be eligible for merit increases in July/August of 2018.
Increases will be determined by performance reviews, which will be completed during the month of April 2017 for all employees who have completed one year of employment. A performance review must be completed to receive a merit increase.
