What time is the space available?

The rooms are available Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8 am- 4 pm. Rentals past 4 pm may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with an additional hourly charge.

How much does it cost to reserve a room?

Weekdays

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours) – $50 per room
  • Whole Day (up to 8 hours) – $100 per room

Weekends

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours) – $375 per room
  • Whole Day (up to 8 hours) – $530 per room

* Please note that a 7% tax is also added to the final bill.

What is the maximum number of guests the site can handle?

100 people can be accommodated when renting all three adjoining rooms. ADEC can provide up to 86 blue stackable chairs with accommodating tables.

Do you have audio/visual capabilities?

Yes. All rooms have a TV and HDMI port. Airplay capability and a DVD player can be offered upon request; however, guests must supply their own laptops.

Additionally, the central room has a ceiling-mounted projector.

Will WiFi be available?

Yes, we offer free WiFi to our guests.

Do you allow alcohol?

No, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on ADEC property.

Can we bring food?

Yes! Food and beverages, aside from alcohol, are allowed in the rooms. Gaining Grounds Coffee House also sells drinks and light refreshments.

Can I reserve the Coffee Shop after hours?

Yes, if the renter wishes to reserve the coffee shop outside of standard business hours, the renter will pay an additional $30 per hour. ADEC will need at least 30 days’ advance notice if the renter requests the coffee shop to be open outside of standard business hours.

The standard business hours for the coffee shop are weekdays from 7 am – 3 pm.
