The Behavior Consultant helps clients improve their lives by creating behavior plans with clients and their interdisciplinary team with the goal of helping them manage and/or eliminate behaviors. The Behavior Consultant also works with clients and Direct Support Professionals who work with them to help implement and change the behavior plans as needed. A master’s degree in a related field is required. $28-$33/hour.
Supported Living Managers at ADEC are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities for persons with intellectual disabilities to ensure active treatment and increased independence for all individuals served, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide supervision to assigned Direct Support Professionals. $20-$23/hour
The Skills Training Manager at ADEC live out our mission by being responsible for planning goal-centered activities, helps individuals achieve this by providing a variety of vocational and recreational activities that meet each individual’s Person-Centered Individual Support Plans (PCISP) while offering them an opportunity to improve and learn new skills. $19-$21/hour.
ADEC’s Therapy Department offers Music and Recreational therapy to individuals of all ages. This is one of our most popular services that gives individuals a chance for expression and to try new activities that increase mobility and social skills. ADEC currently has positions available for both Recreational and Music Therapists. Starting pay $24-$28/hour.
Support Staff at ADEC are the bedrock of ADEC’s mission. Providing essential services to those we serve, they do so with respect and dignity that allows individuals to achieve goals, fulfill dreams, and make social connections. ADEC now offers Support Staff the opportunity to earn a National DSP Certification through the National Alliance of DSPs. $15-$18/hour.
