For as little as $25, you can have one of ADEC’s conference rooms all to yourself. The Gaining Grounds Conference Center has four space options for your convenience ranging from 600 square feet up to 2,200 square feet. Rates are remarkably affordable as you can rent all 2,200 square feet for just $150 a day.
An important component of ADEC’s social enterprise, the conference center welcomes groups of community members to Bristol where they can gather, conduct business and support our mission to provide over 1,200 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the opportunity to live lives full of informed choice and possibilities.
The Gaining Grounds Conference Center is open from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Outside food and beverage are allowed in the conference rooms. You may also take advantage of ADEC’s Gaining Grounds Coffee House—a full-service coffee house attached to the conference center that offers a variety of coffee, beverages and snacks.
Our meeting rooms come equipped free wifi and modern audio/visual technology.
We are conveniently located just over a mile from downtown Bristol, five very easy miles off of either the Toll Road or bypass, or seven miles from downtown Elkhart. The Gaining Grounds Center also offers ample free on-site parking.
