Exciting transformation is underway to bring the new outdoor programming space at ADEC’s Resource Center to life! This space will feature an ADA-compliant playground, basketball/multi-use pad, concrete walking paths, sensory garden, secure fencing, and landscaping. This environment will provide accessibility, safety, and recreation to the individuals we serve!
Thanks to cooperative weather and the dedication of our construction team, Phase One of the project has been completed, just in time for the start of our summer camp! Phase Two will follow shortly after.
The basketball activity pad has been successfully poured, providing a smooth, accessible surface that supports recreation, skill-building, and inclusive play.
Newly completed walking paths now wind through the space, offering safe, scenic routes for exercise and relaxation.
Most recently, vibrant and inclusive playground equipment has been installed, adding energy and color while inviting individuals of all abilities to play and explore.
We are thrilled to see this vision come to life and are deeply grateful to our generous supporters for making this progress possible!
