AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Welcome to ADEC’s After School Program

Our After-School Program provides a nurturing environment where children with intellectual and developmental disabilities can socialize, participate in activities, and receive homework assistance.

At ADEC, we believe in providing a safe haven where children can enjoy quality time with their peers while honing the social and communication skills they’ve acquired during school hours. Our dedicated staff members are committed to fostering a structured environment where children can learn and apply essential social and communication skills. Through interactive activities, social interaction facilitation, and positive role modeling, we strive to empower each child to reach their full potential and thrive.

Program Details:

  • Who: School-Aged Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • When: Available on Weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 2pm – 6pm
  • Where: ADEC’s Resource Center | 1205 Middleton Run Rd. Elkhart, IN 46516

The 2025-2026 program begins on August 14, 2025, and follows the Elkhart Community Schools Calendar.
