ADEC is looking for a Chief Programming Officer, CPO, to lead and oversee our programming, including Residential, Day Program, Community Employment, Family Services and Nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring ADEC’s core values of Respect and Dignity for all, Excellent Service, Dedicated Teamwork, Faithful Stewardship and Rising to the Challenge are modeled on a daily basis. Must have strong leadership skills including previous experience leading programs, innovative problem solving, and strong commitment to the mission of helping individuals life fulfilled lives in their communities.

ADEC’s nursing team is looking for two LPN’s. One position is for a Training Nurse, who is responsible for training ADEC staff on medication administration and CPR/First Aid. The other LPN will support the nursing team with client care, medical risk plans, and admin work. Both positions are full time, Monday – Friday, day hours with weekend on-call rotation. Starting pay is $30-$32.

ADEC’s Finance Team is looking for a Payroll Administrator to lead the payroll process accurately and timely, maintain records on staff benefits, payroll related taxes, deductions and payroll changes. Must demonstrate personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of staff, client, and agency information. High school diploma is required, as well as minimum of two years’ experience in payroll; undergraduate degree preferred.

ADEC is seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant to assist ADEC clients in securing meaningful employment within the community! Starting pay is $17.50. There is also an opportunity for a Skills Trainer to help clients explore career options and gain job skills. Starting pay $16.00.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fulfill ADEC’s mission and model ADEC’s core values directly as they perform their daily work. Positions available in both Elkhart and St Joseph counties for 2nd and 3rd shift. New starting pay of $16 – $17, with an increase of up to $1.00 by the first year. Power Weekends start at $18. ADEC also has direct care positions available on the 1st shift in our Day Program, Mon – Fri 7:30am – 3pm
