ADEC Job Categories

ADEC currently has a position available for Maintenance, primarily doing building and property maintenance with some grounds keeping. Overall maintenance experience required, especially with interior painting. Hours Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm. Starting pay $17-$19 based on experience.

ADEC is continuing to expand our Community Employment team and looking for our next Employment Consultant. Employment Consultants help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. This is one way we support ADEC’s mission of empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilled lives in their community. Starting pay $17.50/hr with mostly day hours.

ADEC has a great experience for someone with CNA or medical assisting experience as a Med-Flex. A Med-Flex is a Group Home Support Staff who focuses on running and managing client medical and wellness appointments as well as managing the medication supply and administration for the house. The position is mostly Monday – Friday during the day with weekend shifts to work as Support Staff in the home. Starting pay $16.00-$17.00 based on experience.

Support Staff at ADEC are the bedrock of ADEC’s mission. Providing essential services to those we serve, they do so with respect and dignity that allows individuals to achieve goals, fulfill dreams, and make social connections. ADEC now offers Support Staff the opportunity to earn a National DSP Certification through the National Alliance of DSPs— $ 15-$18/hour.
