Guardian Advocates assist individuals with life choices such as residence, education, health and well-being, medical treatment, marriage and other life and business decisions. Experience advocating for a vulnerable population, critical decision making, and strong communication skills needed. $18-$20/hour.
Supported Living Managers are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities for persons with intellectual disabilities to ensure active treatment and increased independence for all individuals served, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide supervision to assigned Direct Support Professionals. $20-$23/hour
Skill Trainers in ADEC’s Skills and Training Center help individuals develop their life of choice and possibility. Skill Trainers develop person-centered goals to help individuals explore vocational opportunities and develop job skills. Help individuals discover the next chapter in their life journey. $15-$16/hour.
ADEC’s Therapy Department offers Music and Recreational therapy to individuals of all ages. This is one of our most popular services that gives individuals a chance for expression and to try new activities that increase mobility and social skills. ADEC currently has positions available for both Recreational and Music Therapists. Starting pay $24-$28/hour.
Support Staff at ADEC are the bedrock of ADEC’s mission. Providing essential services to those we serve, they do so with respect and dignity that allows individuals to achieve goals, fulfill dreams, and make social connections. ADEC now offers Support Staff the opportunity to earn a National DSP Certification through the National Alliance of DSPs. $15-$18/hour.
