Picture Possibilities: The End Event

On Saturday, July 29, ADEC filled the Elkhart Civic Plaza with clients, community members, family, and friends to celebrate the end event of our month long 2023 Picture Possibilities Fundraiser. From 11am-3pm, we enjoyed food trucks, caricature drawings, music by Froggy 102.7, family activities, hourly prize drawings, and more. Through this fundraiser, we were able to raise funds for our ADEC programming, as well as celebrate the talents and creativity from both the individuals we serve and our local community.

Picture Possibilities is a month-long virtual event that uses social media and imagination to raise funds primarily online. The event brings our communities together by offering a photo or video challenge at the beginning of every week to spread the word about ADEC and our mission to proudly advocate for and serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This event would not have been possible without the unwavering support from our sponsors. Ninja Golf, Monterrey, and Imagination Spot contributed to enjoyable in-person activities. Additionally, businesses like Blue Gate Shipshewana, Barks and Brush, Das Dutchman Essenhaus, and Eastlake Athletic Club played a significant role in promoting weekly engagement.
