ADEC continues to invest in its employees through its wage initiative with a quarterly raise in July.

Eligible employees started earning their new pay rate on July 8 and raises will be reflected on July 26 pay checks. Eligible employees must be included in one of the following categories and have been employed by June 30, 2019.

 

Employees eligible for 15 cent increase:

Group Homes: Support Staff, Med-Flexes, Shift Leads, Assistant Managers

Supported Living: Support Staff, Med-Flexes

Day Services: Support Staff, Team Leaders

Family Services: Support Staff and Team Leaders for After-School and Respite

 

Employees eligible for 1.2% raises:

Group Home Managers, Supported Living Q-Techs, Day Services Team Manager, Family Services Team Manager

 

Eligible employees are included in ADEC’s wage initiative until they reach their position’s wage cap.
