What is the 2018 ADEC Airstream Raffle?
The 2018 ADEC Airstream Raffle (Raffle) is a fundraising event run by ADEC, Inc. and will benefit individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ADEC, Inc. is a licensed 501(c)(3) charitable organization registered in the state of Indiana. This raffle is registered and licensed by the Indiana Gaming Commission. (License #144862)
What does it mean that the 2018 ADEC Airstream Raffle benefits ADEC?
Net proceeds created from the Raffle will be used to benefit individuals served and supported by ADEC, Inc.
What is the cost of a ticket and how many tickets can I purchase?
Each ticket costs $100.00 USD and there is no limit on the number of tickets a single individual can purchase other than there are only 1,952 tickets available. The more tickets you purchase the more chances you have to win.
Can employees of Thor, Airstream and ADEC purchase tickets?
Members of ADEC’s Board of Directors, ADEC Leadership and Management employees and those listed on the Indiana Gaming Commission Raffle License, their spouses and children are excluded from participating. All others are welcome to participate.
Can my raffle ticket be used as a tax deduction?
The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of your entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Please consult with your own tax advisers for any additional information. The IRS further requires corresponding income tax withholding on prizes with values of $5,000 or greater be paid prior to prize distribution. This includes 25% federal income tax withholding and 3.4% Indiana* State tax withholding on the stated value of the 2018 Airstream Sport R.V. (fmv $46,300). Withholding taxes must be paid to ADEC, Inc. upon delivery of the prize.

How will I know if I win the R.V.?
Winners will be contacted via phone or through the mail following prize drawing. The contact information provided with the ticket purchase will be utilized to contact winners.
How can I buy a ticket through the mail?
Individuals who wish to purchase a ticket through the mail can download and fill out an Online Mail order raffle ticket form. Return the order form with a personal check, cashier’s check or a money order for the amount of the ticket. Send to: ADEC, Inc. Attn: Jess Koscher, 19670 State Road 120, Bristol, IN 46507. ADEC will process the Raffle ticket order and send the completed Raffle ticket stub in the mail to the address provided in the Raffle ticket order form once corresponding payment is received/honored on or before noon, April 12, 2018.
ADEC shall have no responsibility with respect to Raffle ticket orders that are not received prior to, or payments honored by, the stated deadlines. Raffle ticket orders received after the deadlines will be returned to the address included on the Raffle ticket order form unless otherwise directed by the purchaser.
