ADEC is excited to offer all of our employees and their families tickets to visit the Elkhart County 4-H Fair once again in 2018 as a token of our appreciation.

ADEC’s nearly 400 employees have a real, positive and personal impact on the more than 1,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities we serve each year. Being a caregiver can be a difficult and exhausting job, but it is totally crucial. We are lucky to have a strong team of dedicated professionals who believe in our mission to provide choice and possibility every day to those we serve.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Last year, more than 1,000 of our employees, their family members and friends took advantage of ADEC’s Employee Appreciation & Thank You Event at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. The feedback was overwhelming in support of providing employees with an appreciation event that offered flexibility and fun for everyone.

This year’s Elkhart County 4-H Fair will take place July 20-28 in Goshen. We hope you’ll have fun visiting the animals, enjoying the midway rides, tasting the fried foods or maybe catching a concert. This year you can see Daughtry, Walker Hayes, LANCO or Rachel Platten for free at the grandstand.

The form to reserve tickets will be available until June 15 on ADEC’s employee portal. Any reservations placed after June 15 will not be honored. Tickets can be picked up after July 15 at Building One in Bristol from myself or at the front desk.

Each employee can request up to two adult tickets and up to three youth passes (no tickets are required for children under the age of 9). You will also be able to choose between $24 in Clover Cash for food or a sheet of ride tickets.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1528809848481{background-color: #008bb3 !important;border-radius: 2px !important;}”][vc_column_text]


Every employee will be given a #teamADEC baseball cap. Any employee who posts a selfie (in good taste!) with the #teamADEC hashtag will be entered into a drawing for one of five televisions. Employees who post #teamADEC selfies at the fair will get a double entry into the drawing.
